We start with what Clayton calls the Welcome Phase, followed by the Discovery Phase — a chance for us to learn more about you. What kind of home are you dreaming about? Who will be living there? What’s missing in your current space that you’d love to have next?

During that first visit, we also begin to unpack what the home buying process actually looks like — especially if this is your first time. We’ll talk about financing, land options, and monthly payments, and walk you through the four major costs that make up a new home purchase: the home itself, the land, taxes, and site work. Think of it like visiting a tailor — we take your measurements, your style, and your budget, and help you find the perfect fit.

Once we get a sense of what you’re looking for and what fits your budget, we’ll recommend a few homes to tour. We’ve got a dozen or more models on-site and we’re adding more all the time.

For some people, a tour takes 20 minutes. For others, it’s an hour or more — we move at your pace. Whether you're buying your first home, downsizing, upgrading, or exploring an investment property or weekend getaway, we’re here to help you navigate every option.
